Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton, who met on Netflix’s reality show Love Is Blind Season 3, have split up after around four years of marriage. The couple mentioned the split was tough and thoroughly thought through in a shared statement released on Instagram.
Colleen and Matt started in the novel setup of Love Is Blind, where the contestants get attached without exchanging glances. They struggled initially in their relationship with some conflict and arguments over lifestyles. In the finale of the show in 2022, they chose to get married.
Their relationship was being watched intensely and closely by fans after that, as the couple struggled with integrating their lives after a reality TV show.
The couple initially opted to live separately because of existing leases and a desire to take their time as a married couple. They moved in together in June 2023, just before their second wedding anniversary, and appeared happy at that time about their next steps, plans for their soon-to-be-shared future, and their relationship development.
